What you will be working on

• You assume responsibility for and are involved in working on scientific research projects in the field of cyber security with a focus on software security, mobile security, cyber resilience, and/or forensics
• You significantly contribute to project acquisition in cyber security
• You teach students and integrate them into the project work
• You independently publish papers and hold lectures at international conferences
• You cultivate contacts with the business world and the scientific community

What we expect from you

• A university degree (ideally doctorate/PhD) in informatics or a similar field, preferably with a focus on security
• Knowledge and several years of experience in the research area of software security, mobile security, cyber resilience, and/or forensics
• Expertise in the management and acquisition of R&D projects
• Experience in comprehensive lecture and publication activity at an international level
• Very good command of spoken and written German and English (if you lack German language skills, we can help you acquire them)
• A high degree of team orientation, strategic thinking, flexibility, and strong communication skills
