FAQs
How can I participate at the info.event?
Register for your chosen info.event online at the following link. Upon successful registration, you will be sent the participation link by e-mail. Click on the participation link, download the MS Teams app and participate at the info.event by entering your name.
Do I need specific technical equipment to participate?
You need a laptop/computer or mobile phone with an internet connection and we recommend you to use headphones.
Can I also participate at the lecture on my mobile phone?
Yes, this is possible. We recommend you to download the MS Teams app from your Appstore.
Do I have to enter my real name?
You do not have to register with your real name. During the lecture, the name you entered can be seen by the lecturers and the other participants.
Can I ask questions and do the other participants see them?
You can ask questions in the "chat" or ask the lecturer directly after the lecture by activating your audio.
Does the lecturer see and hear me?
The lecturer can see and hear you if you activate your video and audio. During the meeting, you can deactivate audio and video by yourself.
Do I have to join on time or can I join later or leave earlier?
We recommend you to join on time, as the lecture starts as indicated. If you join later, you might miss important aspects of the presentation. You may leave the meeting earlier, but we are happy if you stay with us until the end.
