Your specialization in Digital Media Management

In the master programme Digital Media Management, in addition to economic and communication science fundamentals, the focus is on digital business. This includes both the development of digital business and revenue models in all companies as well as the changed framework conditions for media companies, in particular (media production, use of new technologies). Professional fields include among others: strategic management, business development, content management, marketing and sales, data management or digital commerce. Entrepreneurship and start-up-thinking help with possible business creation.

Research at the Department of Media & Economics

In semester 3 and 4 the study programme is comprised of applied research as students have to take courses at the research laboratories and write their master thesis. Additionally, they actively contribute to current research projects.
