The St. Pölten UAS welcomes participants of the 5th International Conference on Software Security and Assurance
The St. Pölten UAS is hosting this year’s Summer School as well as the IEEE (International Conference on Software Security and Assurance) 2019. The university is looking forward to welcoming numerous participants from the US, Germany, South Korea and Austria between July 22 and 26.
Most of the students and lecturers already arrived in St. Pölten on Sunday. The St. Pölten UAS is very pleased about the considerable interest and the numerous participants and strives to offer a versatile framework programme to accompany the exciting lectures and interesting hands-on sessions.
In addition to an impressive visit to the computer centre of the company T-Systems and a sightseeing tour through the capital of Lower Austria, the participants get to experience culinary delights and regional offers. Of course, a trip to the World Heritage Region Wachau is included in the programme.
The highlight of this international week is the ICSSA Conference on Thursday and Friday with a concluding Conference Dinner at Schloss Thalheim. The aim of this international conference is to provide academics and experts in the field of IT security with the opportunity to exchange information regarding the latest findings in the field of software security and to share their experiences in a nice and welcoming atmosphere.
