St. Pölten UAS has been accepted as a full member of the EUA and thereby continues to expand its international network
As of January 2019, St. Pölten UAS will join the European University Association (EUA), the largest central network of European universities. The European University Association is the central network of European universities representing more than 800 universities and national rectors' conferences and contributes significantly to the further development of European higher education and research policy. Admission as a full member is only possible for those higher education institutions that can show relevant teaching and research services and must be confirmed by the EUA Council.

"As a university of applied sciences, our mission is to build a bridge between regional anchoring and international networking. International networks such as the EUA enable us to transfer international expertise to the region and exchange our experience internationally", said Gabriela Fernandes, Executive Director of St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences.
