St. Pölten UAS: popular as an employer
St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences is among the best employers in the education sector in the IMWF and Kurier employer rankings
The IMWF Austria (Institute for Management and Economic Research) in cooperation with the media partner Kurier has determined the most popular employers in 2023 for a study.
St. Pölten UAS is among the top five universities of applied sciences in the field of education.
A broad collection of data from thousands of public online sources served as the data basis: Social media, blogs, forums, news media, platforms, specialist media, and much more.
Around 270,000 statements relevant to the study on Austria's 2,800 largest companies were collected and analyzed in the period from November 2021 to October 2022. An AI-based text analysis was used to evaluate the relevance to employers and the tone of the comments.
Five categories were analyzed:
- Employers in general
- Career
- Salary
- Corporate culture and
- Family friendliness.
