Onboarding for New Teaching Staff

For a Relaxed Start of Your Teaching Activity at the St. Pölten UAS

We accompany new teaching staff during their onboarding process at our UAS by offering:

• short workshops (both on site and online) with a focus on exchange, questions related to course planning, and didactic course design.
• introduction to the in-house platform ALEx (All Lecturers’ Experience), a collection of references, documents, and links that can be helpful for one’s own teaching activity.
• support in the didactic planning and methodological design of courses.
• the possibility of individual advice and work shadowing by a LEARN member.
