Admission Dates: 

For persons resident in Austria, the written test takes place on-site Wednesdays or Thursdays in the period from the beginning of February to mid-May. For foreign applicants not living in Austria, the test takes place online - for available test periods go to the online application.
The admission interview will be conducted online.

Please select an admission appointment for both the written test and the interview in the online application in good time. We recommend selecting both admission appointments at once after sending off your application to secure your place in the admission process in good time. Please note that the admission interview must take place AFTER the written test.

The invitation to the admission appointment is sent out approximately one week before the test date via message through the online application .

Third-Country nationals can no longer apply for the summer semester 2026 (with the exception of Ukrainian nationals with a residence permit).

Students beginning their study programm in the summer semester 2026 can do so at the Campus St. Pölten only.

Winter semester 2026/27

Students beginning their study programm in the winter semester 2026/27 can do so both at the Campus St. Pölten and at the Bildungscampus Mostviertel in Mauer.

The admission process for both locations (Campus St. Pölten and Bildungscampus Mostviertel Mauer) takes place at the St. Pölten UAS. The desired location is selected in the online application during the application process.

Admission dates for the winter semester 2026/27:

Step 1: The written test takes place on-site Wednesdays or Thursdays in the period from the beginning of February to mid-June.

Please note that admission to the academic further education program Preclinical Treatment and Care is possible at both the Campus St. Pölten and the Bildungscampus Mostviertel in Mauer, but can only take place at the start of the winter semester! The courses of the programm will take place at the Campus St. Pölten for students from both locations.

For part-time study programmes, an evening appointment is offered once a month - in this case the interview takes place in the afternoon.
