Data Protection Regulations for Participation in the Prize Draw

By participating, I confirm that the personal data provided by myself are accurate, and I consent to the electronic processing of my data by the Fachhochschule St. Pölten GmbH as the responsible data controller for the purpose of informing me in case I win a prize; furthermore, I agree that my name may be published in connection with this prize draw.

The data are treated confidentially and are not passed on to unauthorised third parties.

By writing to the following address:

or sending an e-mail (datenschutz@fhstp.ac.at), I can withdraw my consent to participate in the prize draw at any time, with the effect that I no longer participate in the draw or receive any of the information indicated above.

This does, however, not affect the lawfulness of processing based on my consent before its withdrawal.

Furthermore, all data subjects have the following rights:

• The right to access the respective personal data
• The right to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing
• The right of data portability

All data subjects can make use of these rights by responding to the Fachhochschule St. Pölten GmbH as the responsible data protection officer.

All persons aged 14 or older can participate in the prize draw. Students and staff members of the St. Pölten UAS as well as their relatives are excluded from the prize draw.
