Ihre Aufgaben
- You coordinate the development of innovative programmes in academic teaching and further training
- You contribute to quality assurance and promote the continuous further advancement of processes for the new and further development of educational and training offers
- You design and actively contribute your know-how concerning current national and international trends in programme development to the UAS
- You represent the UAS in higher education policy discourses and improve the visibility and further development of important topics through contributions at the national and international levels

- Successfully completed study programme (e.g., educational sciences, higher education management, economics, social sciences)
- Subject-relevant experiences in the tasks listed above
- Knowledge of the (inter-)national framework conditions for academic & continuing education programmes at higher education institutions
- Experience in the field of institutional and/or external quality assurance
- Very good written and oral German and English language skills (C1)
- Independent working style, strong communication skills, team spirit, strong orientation towards service and results
- Resilience and interest in professional and personal development
- Willingness to travel
