Team Member Evaluation (f/m/d) (30-40h)
Your tasks
- You conduct qualitative and quantitative surveys with different target groups
- You contribute to the continuous quality assurance and development pursuant to the evaluation cycle for studying and teaching
- You process evaluation results in a target group-oriented and context-specific manner and present them at different institutional levels
- You actively integrate the results into existing formats of our institution (e.g., within the framework of the new or further development of curricula, or strategic development processes)
- You follow the latest developments in the field of evaluation in higher education and take part in specialist conferences to identify new impulses and current trends
Your offer to us
- Successfully completed study programme, preferably sociology, social sciences, educational sciences, or a related field
- Strong interest in the higher education sector, especially in evaluation and quality management
- First experiences in the independent planning and execution of qualitative and quantitative surveys and their analysis is a plus
- Very good written and oral English language skills (C1)
- Independent working style, good communication skills, team spirit, and result orientation
