HRS4R - Human Resources Strategy for Researchers

The “European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers” is a set of general principles and includes recommendations from the European Commission for improving the working conditions and career prospects of researchers. The HRS4R project is currently being carried out at the UAS in order to implement the above-mentioned principles and to obtain the logo "HR - Excellence in Research".
